With 5 days until PAB and following the success of my Official Podcamp Toronto Meme here is my un-official Podcasters Across Borders Meme. Add your responses to the comments or post them to your own blog with a PAB2007 Tag. Here we go.

  1. Why are you coming to PAB?
  2. A little homework now: Which PAB registrants would you like to meet? Why?
  3. Who is your “dream interview” for your podcast? Why?
  4. Who would you like to interview at podcamp Podcasters Across Borders?
  5. What is your, “Can’t miss it” session at podcamp Podcasters Across Borders?
  6. What is your favorite podcast?
  7. What is your favorite web resource?
  8. Who is your favorite podsafe musician? (eg. Sean McGaughey).
  9. Ginger or Maryanne?
  10. Bob, Mark, or Tod?

Edit: I goofed. I recycled- revised this from a meme I wrote for Toronto Podcamp and I didn’t take out all the Podcamp references. Sorry.

My wife Nancy, asked me to set up Dragon NaturallySpeaking on the computer so that she can learn to use it. We spent an evening teaching at how to recognize my voice. This is the result. With a little training this could be very useful tool. I think it just might work out.

We are hoping the Nancy can use the voice recognition to enable her to go back to school. This is something she is long dreamed of and I would support her anyway I could.

This just might be something we can enjoy together. I know that we could have a lot of fun trying it out.

fear is a sample a native.

It should say, ” Here is a sample unedited.”

Oh well, back to the drawing board.

The Midland Mirror published an article about the CD release in Friday’s Paper.

Since then several people have wished me luck on the CD release and said they read about it in the paper. I gotta love the local media.

Bringing music together with a CD and duct tape

Jennifer Harker: Special

As Canadians, we all know the many uses – large and small – for duct tape. But did you know it can even inspire a song? Just ask Sean McGaughey.
He’ll be officially releasing his first CD For the Sake of the Song on Sunday, Nov. 21 at the Penetanguishene Centennial Museum and Archives.
