Ken Whiteley is an iconic Canadian roots music performer who is known for his versatility.  He is sought after as a songwriter, performer, producer and side musician.  He is adept in folk, blues, gospel, country, jazz and children’s music.  We sat down and shared a few stories and passed around my  Ron Belanger crafted guitar at the Mariposa Folk Festival.  Ken also shared about his good friend, Jackie Washington who had passed on just a week earlier.

You can find Ken’s music at or on Borealis Records.
